We emphasize developing relationships with each client and aim to create a partnership in the development process. We help our clients understand the “why’s” behind our philosophy.

traininG PLANS
With in person and remote plan options, our program is designed to increase players optimal performance.

In Person
Elaborate 5+ day per week player development plan of which will include intensive PT screening, movement profile screening, strength and conditioning baseline testing, and hitting/pitching testing (rapsodo).

Remote
The remote plan is for those players who can't make it to our facility but are looking for guidance in their player development journey. Players will have access to an account on our app that will provide players with their workout plans, arm care program, prep routines, and their hitting/pitching plan. In addition, our app allows for players to share video and communicate with staff straight from their app.

Meet Our Coaches

LOGAN ICE
After playing three seasons at Oregon State University, Logan was selected in the 2nd round of the MLB Draft by the Cleveland Indians where he played multiple seasons in the minor leagues.

Campbell Dace
Since the end of his collegiate playing career, Campbell has been an assistant coach at Parkrose High School, where he has developed a passion for coaching and teaching healthy movement patterns to young athletes.

Tyler Doran
Following his collegiate baseball career, Tyler has spent nearly a decade in the private training sector, coaching, and pitching instruction

Casey Struckmeier
Casey is a Vancouver, Washington native and a proud graduate of Columbia River High School, where he excelled both on and off the field. He is a bright, up and coming coach that specializes working with youth players.

Alex McGarry
Alex's impressive rise through the Reds' minor league system culminated in 2022, when he was named Minor League Hitter of the Year after hitting .262 with 27 home runs across High-A, Double-A, and Triple-A.
